We saw earlier that quarter-goal Asian Handicaps were not new type of a bet; they were simply a combination of full goal and half goal bets, with half of total stake going to both bets separately.
The same applies here: quarter-goal Asian Goals bet consists of full goal and half goal bets; half of the stake goes to each of them, they are settled independently, according to the rules explained above, and then profit/loss is summed up, to give total profit/loss for our quarter-goal bet.
Assume you bet on Under 2.25 goals, with stake of 10 units, at odds of 1.80. That means, 5 units go to Under 2 goals, and remaining 5 units go to Under 2.5 goals.
If there are zero or 1 goals in the match, both components of the bet won, so bet is fully won.
If there are exactly 2 goals in the match, Under 2 goals is void (stake returned), and Under 2.5 goals is won; hence, your bet is half won, Your return is: 5 units from void bet, plus 5*1.80 = 9.00 units from winning bet, total 14 units return, or 4 units profit. Obviously, you can also calculate profit also as 5*(1.80 - 1) = 4.00 units - the bet is half won, hence half of the stake at given odds.
If there are 3 or more goals in the match, both components are lost, so bet is fully lost.
You bet on Under 1.75 goals, with stake of 10 units, at odds of 2.60. That means, 5 units go to Under 2 goals, and remaining 5 units go to Under 1.5 goals.
If there are zero or 1 goals in the match, both components of the bet won, so bet is fully won.
If there are exactly 2 goals in the match, Under 2 goals is void (stake returned), and Under 1.5 goals is lost; hence, your bet is half lost, and your return is: 5 units from void bet, plus zero units from lost bet, total 5 units return, or 5 units loss - hence the bet is half lost, you lose half of your stake.
If there are 3 or more goals in the match, both components are lost, so bet is fully lost.
You bet on Over 2.25 goals, with stake of 10 units, at odds of 1.70. That means, 5 units go to Over 2 goals, and remaining 5 units go to Over 2.5 goals.
If there are zero or 1 goals in the match, both components of the bet are lost, so bet is fully lost.
If there are exactly 2 goals in the match, Over 2 goals is void (stake returned), and Over 2.5 goals is lost; hence, your bet is half lost, and your return is: 5 units from void bet, plus zero units from lost bet, total 5 units return, or 5 units loss - hence the bet is half lost, you lose half of your stake.
If there are 3 or more goals in the match, both components are won, so bet is fully won.
You bet on Over 2.75 goals, with stake of 10 units, at odds of 2.10. That means, 5 units go to Over 3 goals, and remaining 5 units go to Over 2.5 goals.
If there are zero, 1 or 2 goals in the match, both components of the bet are lost, so bet is fully lost.
If there are exactly 3 goals in the match, Under 3 goals is void (stake returned), and Under 2.5 goals is won; hence, your bet is half won, Your return is: 5 units from void bet, plus 5*2.10 = 10.50 units from winning bet, total 15.50 units return, or 5.50 units profit. Obviously, you can also calculate profit also as 5*(2.10 - 1) = 5.50 units - the bet is half won, hence half of the stake at given odds.
If there are 4 or more goals in the match, both components are won, so bet is fully won.
Now that we've mastered settling of all types of Asian Goals bets, let's see if we can draw a common pattern between them.
